In the course of her life she’s been a high-performing educator. A busy stay-at-home mom. An award-winning direct sales professional. And now, she’s the successful owner of her own coaching business.

Add the roles of wife and mother to the mix, and it’s obvious that Regena understands firsthand how hard it is to balance everything in life. How it’s easy to lose touch with parts of ourselves as we navigate the challenges and stresses of life. Through it all, Regena discovered how to reclaim her true essence and live a happy and full life. She is passionate about sharing that knowledge with others.

As a certified Dream Coach®, Dream Coach Group Leader®, and True Purpose™ Coach, Regena is trained to assist clients in identifying their life’s purpose, clarifying their dreams, and helping them take action to begin living their dream life. She is also personally trained  by Dream University founder Marcia Wieder, to conduct her “Create Your Future Now” workshops.

Relational Communications Coach & Nutritional Lifestyle Coach
Through her training with Living By Design, Regena is prepared to get clients healthy from the inside out. She is trained to help clients master their communications and relationships with others, as well as guiding them in shifting how they eat, think and move. She is a certified Relational Communications Coach and Nutritional Lifestyles Coach.

Certified Leadership Instructor, CASA
For 20 years Regena been involved and has served as a volunteer instructor with the Student Leadership Training Program (SLTP), coaching today’s students to become tomorrow’s leaders.

Regena is the recipient of Top Sales, Top Recruiting, and numerous leadership and presidential awards within her direct sales company including Leader Among Leaders, where she leads and coaches a team of consultants across the United States.
